1. Introduction

Welcome to Rentez. These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of laptops provided by Rentez. By renting a laptop from us, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

To rent a laptop from Rentez, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Provide a valid government-issued ID.
Agree to the rental agreement and payment terms.

3. Rental Period and Usage

The rental period is specified in the rental agreement.
The laptop must be used for lawful purposes only.
Unauthorized modifications or software installations that cause damage to the device are prohibited.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before the laptop is issued. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the laptop in its original condition, minus any applicable deductions for damages or late returns.

5. Maintenance and Repairs

Customers must handle the laptop with care.
Any technical issues should be reported to Rentez immediately.
Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Late Returns and Penalties

Late returns will incur additional charges as per the rental agreement. Failure to return the laptop within the agreed period may result in legal action.

7. Loss or Theft

In case of loss or theft, customers must report immediately to Rentez and relevant authorities. The customer is liable for the replacement cost or an agreed compensation.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations before laptop dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds for cancellations after dispatch will be subject to deductions as per the rental agreement.

9. Privacy Policy

Rentez collects and stores personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Customer data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
